Tile & Grout

Good news: Grout is fairly easy to keep clean and when necessary have professionally restored when it is properly sealed upon installation then cleaned and sealed periodically as needed thereafter. 

Bad news: Not many Tile & Grout installers provide grout sealing service or even mention it when doing an installation. Since it is a very porous substance, once unsealed grout gets really dirty it is tricky to get clean.

Good news: Grout can be painted! When grout does not receive the proper sealing application when installed and through normal traffic and wear has become too dirty to get clean, the grout can be painted to any one of a dozen or so colors. The paint also seals the grout to extends its life.

Wood Floors

General Cleaning: this includes a thorough dust mop, static dust mop and cleaning with a specially formulated wood cleaning solution that can effectively remove dirt and sometimes can remove buildup of other cleaning solutions. 

Semi-Refinishing: when the original finish begins to wear and the floors are getting dull, we can perform this dust free process to clean and restore a beautiful shine to your wood floors. The floors are gently scrubbed using a specially formulated wood floor cleaning solution. This is followed by a thorough rinsing. New finish is then applied bringing them back to a “like new” look. No sanding so no mess.

Commercial Tile (VCT) 

When maintained properly commercial VCT floors can be both beautiful and durable in your facility. We perform Total Strip, Seal and Refinish of both new and old VCT floors, periodic Spray Buffing to restore the shine and occasional Scrub & Recoat to restore the worn finish. We use only top quality name brand products.
