Whether you have a little or a lot invested in your rugs you should trust them only to a true professional for proper cleaning. Most wall-to-wall carpet is nylon but with area rugs they can be nylon, polyester, polypropylene, wool, cotton, acrylic, viscose and sometimes they can be blends. If there is no label present, we test the rug to determine the fiber content in order to recommend and perform the proper cleaning method. 

Synthetic rugs are usually cleaned by Hot Water Extraction and can be done on site provided  there is a safe place to clean them and leave them to dry.  Natural fiber rugs must be cleaned at our facility. We carefully follow manufacturer’s recommendations when cleaning rugs. You can drop them off or we can pick them up and return them for a small fee. Turnaround time on rugs is 7-10 days.
